Enki Brewing

Based in Victoria Minnesota, Enki Brewing Company started when two friends wanted to establish a friendlier kind of brewery and pub. The name Enki comes from an ancient Sumerian god based in the Tigris and Euphrates valley. As the new story goes, he picked up his operations and headed to the land of 10,000 lakes. There, in the heart of Minnesota, he set up shop and the unique brew began pouring out from his ever-flowing beard.
